Most Credit goes to Notesteotic's video on his note block creation. As there was no download to be found, I fully recreated it and in the process made it compatible with Vanilla Minecraft. -edit: If you want to export the song you should pull down the snare drums to the bottom in nbs to prevent sand from falling down in the initial nbt file.
